General Boat Tour Rules

Riding the Waves-TC in Stuart, Florida, wants you to have a wonderful time. However, we also want to make sure you are safe. That's why we have the following requirements and rules.

Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Our guides have the right to deny access to the tour if they suspect any participant is intoxicated. If this occurs, no refunds will be made. Our #1 priority is the safety and welfare of all guests, guides, and others sharing the water with us on our adventure. We ask that you please respect our No Alcohol policy, for the good of everyone, and many thanks.

Life Jackets

Florida law dictates that all participants under the age of 14 must wear life preservers. While not required, it is recommended that all participants wear life preservers while underway, particularly if you are not a strong swimmer.

Riding the Waves Group

Behavior

Messing around and wake jumping are not allowed. Follow in a staggered single file until your guide instructs you otherwise. Swimming or jumping off the boats isn't permitted, either. We do not condone harassment of wildlife, and we employ ethical viewing strategies. Please, no feeding or touching the wildlife unless you are instructed to do so by your guide.

Have Fun

The most important rules are to have a terrific time and stay safe. We hope your adventure with us will be one that you remember for years to come.
